What is the role of a Restaurant Shift Leader? Lead and manage the restaurant in the absence of a manager. Motivate and support your team members. Complete daily reports to track our restaurant's success. Oversee inventory management. As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Carrols, you play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant is serving delicious Whoppers and keeping our customers satisfied with their dining experience! In this role, you'll be the captain of your team, inspiring them and effectively addressing any issues using your excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Success in this position requires knowledge of your team's responsibilities, along with meticulous inventory management. You'll also be responsible for completing necessary paperwork, managing financial transactions, and handling deposits.
