As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in keeping our environment safe, clean, and welcoming for guests. You will work closely with your manager to support efficient operations, ensuring customers receive outstanding service. Whether you have prior experience or not, we’re here to provide the training you need! Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing their requests and concerns to guarantee a positive experience. Assist various departments, including the store, restaurant, and truck care, with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks. Utilize a range of tools and equipment for maintaining and repairing the facility, which may include HVAC systems, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and pressure washing. Willingly engage in cross-training opportunities in other roles, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership positions. Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers by adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
