Plant Manager (Automotive)

Large, high-volume manufacturing facility in eastern TN has immediate opening for a Plant Manager. This facility is part of an international corporation. The Plant Manager will ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets are met. The plant has a strong culture of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing. The Plant Manager must have good communication skills and interact well at all levels of the organization. There is a solid customer base with sales and production exceeding the forecast. This facility ships directly to customers and also supplies sister locations. Responsibilities Oversee plant operations. The Plant Manager will have P&L responsibility Maintain clean and safe workplace Analyze production costs to establish areas for improvements QualificationsBS degree in Engineering or relevant technical field 5+ years of Plant Management experience, ideally in high-volume manufacturing A background in Automotive manufacturing is a plus Company offers highly competitive compensation package, including bonus potential and company vehicle.
