Your Daily Responsibilities: Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by following the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs. Supervise Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Safeguard food safety, quality, and accuracy in orders. Swiftly handle customer complaints to foster positive relationships. Regularly provide valuable feedback to the General Manager regarding Team Member performance. Offer ongoing constructive feedback and coaching to Team Members to help them grow. Actively participate in the training of new Team Members. Manage conflicts positively and collaborate with the General Manager for effective resolution. Assist the General Manager in screening potential Team Member candidates. Help manage Profit & Loss by adhering to cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor costs effectively. Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times to ensure quality. Support the General Manager in maintaining facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Are You the One? 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry is required, with a preference for at least 3 months in a shift lead role. Must comply with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation for work is required. Strong communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. Dependable attendance and punctuality are crucial. Proficiency in operating a cash register and managing transactions. Basic math skills are necessary. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and the enforcement of health and safety protocols.
