2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Your Role: As the Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift, you will lead and inspire the production team to achieve operational excellence while ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining high-quality standards for our products. The 2nd shift operates from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the production team to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Manage departmental activities while adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with fellow supervisors and provide support across the manufacturing department. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality. Engage in project management and support various production-related projects. Address employee concerns effectively, promoting positive relations and ensuring fair policy enforcement. Analyze challenges and assist team members in developing practical solutions. Review production schedules and coordinate daily activities to achieve business goals. Communicate production and material issues to employees and coordinate resolutions. Ensure departmental goals and quality standards are met consistently. Build and maintain positive relationships with peers and leadership. Focus on reducing process variations while satisfying quality requirements. Contribute to team success by achieving related results. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in an assembly manufacturing environment. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Capability to manage, train, and mentor employees effectively. Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proven decision-making experience impacting product quality and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Why Join AHEAD?
