You will assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver the completed orders to customers' vehicles upon their arrival at the store, providing an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather products for online orders efficiently while ensuring quality and freshness. Process customers' orders, including handling payments and coupons. Load completed orders into customer vehicles upon pick-up, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Scan and bag orders in accordance with company bagging standards. Communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or order exceptions, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment. Report any discrepancies with pricing, scanning, or item location to management. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong reading skills to interpret shelf tags and customer orders. Basic math skills for processing transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Desired Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashiering is preferred.
