Crescent Capital Group LP is an alternative asset manager with approximately $46 billion of assets under management and approximately 225+ employees. We are headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, and London. The GP-LP Solutions group focuses on providing innovative financing solutions to private markets firms, funds, and investors. The team is primarily based in New York, but the Associate / Vice President position can be in Boston, Chicago, or Los Angeles, depending on circumstances. Responsibilities will include: Spearheading due diligence, preparation of investment memoranda and other written materials and analyses Contribute to sourcing and origination efforts with intermediaries and sponsor counterparties Contribute to preparation of term sheets, presentations, and other documentation through all phases of the investment process Build / oversee development of detailed financial models and scenario analyses, incorporating bottoms-up analysis and fund-level modeling Monitor existing investments within the portfolio and manage counterparty relationships Participate in fund-level portfolio management and oversight activities Actively engage with teams across Crescent to drive synergies and contribute to platform-wide initiatives Required Qualifications and Experience: Undergraduate degree with strong GPA (3.5+) 2-8 years of investment banking, private equity, private credit or corporate banking/finance experience Strong excel/modeling skills Strong finance/accounting background Professional individual with superb written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize several tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines Pro-active person who enjoys working in a team setting and independently as needed Incredible attention to detail Limited travel may be required Benefits: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$185,000 Crescent's salary ranges are determined by role, duration of direct experience, and internal and external pay equity considerations As an equal opportunity employer, Crescent Capital Group is fully focused on equality and committed to fostering a culture where individuals are respected and supported in a highly collaborative environment.
