Pay Range: $39,600 - annually (paid hourly, includes overtime and shift differentials) Shift Availability: 2nd Shift Supervisor: Sun-Wed 1:30 PM-10:30 PM; Thurs 8:00 AM-5:00 PM What’s In It for You? Your Responsibilities: Lead a Cohesive Team: Motivate your team with a positive outlook and proactive attitude Provide guidance in food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as needed Deliver immediate coaching to team members, helping them succeed during shifts Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary Drive Operational Excellence: Train your team to uphold RaceTrac’s standards for service, food safety, and cleanliness Oversee accurate inventory management, vendor check-ins, and promotional initiatives Manage essential store processes including write-offs and compliance documentation Facilitate smooth shift transitions and maintain team focus Encourage Communication & Accountability: Effectively share important updates from management to your team Monitor ongoing tasks, ensuring completion and providing timely feedback Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration Be active and visible during busy periods to showcase strong leadership Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or food service is preferred 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience is preferred Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, guest-oriented environments Strong coaching and follow-through skills Excellent communication and team-building abilities Essential Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (ongoing or completed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Willingness to obtain necessary permits (food handler, alcohol server, etc.) At RaceTrac, our people are our greatest asset.
