You will set the pace for delivering the exceptional Wendy's taste and atmosphere. The Lead Shift Supervisor collaborates with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to ensure that daily operations are efficient and meet Wendy's high standards. Key responsibilities include: Driving exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards. Overseeing a team in a fast-paced environment and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. Creating weekly schedules, ordering supplies, and assisting the General Manager with training, recruiting, and planning. Performing the roles of dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier, and outdoor order taker. Ensuring food safety, quality, and cleanliness, including receiving shipments and managing proper ingredient storage. Training and monitoring staff to uphold food safety procedures. Maintaining the facility and equipment to meet Wendy's standards. Following correct opening and closing procedures. Ensuring the safety of both guests and employees. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Required to obtain a food handler's certificate as per state or local regulations. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is necessary. Must maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene. Dependable with flexible working hours and punctuality. One year of supervisory experience is required. Requirements: Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive outlook and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed. Professionally interacting with guests and colleagues in a courteous manner. Strong verbal, reading, and math skills. Effectively communicating ideas and concerns in a constructive way. Making prompt decisions to meet customer needs and business demands. Working efficiently and safely with minimal supervision. Ability to make quick and sound decisions. Exuding energy and initiative to meet customer expectations. Taking ownership and responsibility to resolve issues.
