Position Overview: As a key member of the Field Services Team at Mercury Wireless, you will be the face of our company. We expect our team members to embody professionalism in both attitude and appearance, always prioritizing the needs of our customers. Your work will require a careful and thorough approach, adhering to installation and safety protocols established by the Field Team Leader. Location: Kalamazoo, MI Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Pay Benefits: Health, Vision, Basic Dental & Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid Training Key Responsibilities: Install broadband equipment at customer locations Engage with subscribers and represent the company professionally Configure and connect customer equipment to the Mercury Network Troubleshoot customer broadband equipment issues Support sales team with localized marketing efforts Skills & Requirements: Ability to follow cabling procedures for homes and businesses Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and elevated areas Basic mechanical skills Familiarity with hand and power tools Proficiency with computers and basic networking Experience using PC-based applications for communications equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Self-motivated and customer service-oriented Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Company Provided Training: Safety training OSHA Certifications Installation and equipment training Ethernet wiring Networking Concepts Training VoIP training Mercury Broadband is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
