General Manager - Disney Resorts

You'll also guide and develop our Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, and Merchandise teams as they cultivate their own hospitality skills, helping them shine both inside and outside the organization. This position will report to the Regional General Manager of Resort Operations and is responsible for overseeing Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. What You Will Do Inspirational Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership, fostering a guest and cast-centric culture. Lead and develop a successful team through goal-setting and constructive feedback. Exceptional Guest Service: Use strategic partnerships to ensure a world-class guest experience, anticipating and addressing the diverse needs of our global clientele. Business Results: Embrace change as a means of growth, leading the resort toward achieving financial and operational excellence. Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or related fields with a successful track record. Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams while driving operational and financial performance. Experience in multicultural environments and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Exceptional relationship-building skills to cultivate cross-functional partnerships. Willingness to travel between Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the hospitality industry with luxury brands. Leadership experience in multiple food & beverage locations and group catering. Advanced degree in hospitality or related fields, such as an MBA. Education Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
