What You'll Need to Succeed: At least 21 years of age Valid Class A commercial driver's license Safe driving record Willingness to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night, and weekend shifts Preferred Skills: Forklift experience Current endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples About the Role: Enjoy daily home time Starting pay at $30.37 per hour Comprehensive health insurance benefits from day one Life and disability insurance Accumulate up to 13 days of PTO in your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) plan with company match Education assistance available This position is exempt under the Motor Carrier Act. Your Daily Responsibilities: Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples Deliver exceptional service to customers, generating potential sales leads Load and unload freight efficiently Physical Requirements: Lift objects up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally heavier items Safely climb in and out of the tractor cab and trailer Prolonged sitting in the truck tractor and/or on a forklift Perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Utilize physical strength for lifting, bending, climbing, and other activities Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely for up to 11 consecutive hours Don't have your CDL-A yet?
