About the Role: As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Great Lakes Taco Bell, you will lead a vibrant team, carefully selecting and training the best crew to provide outstanding customer service. Daily Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for exceptional Team Members and Shift Leads, building a well-prepared team. Develop and implement a thorough training plan for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers while supervising training and development initiatives. Regularly acknowledge and reward outstanding performance among Team Members. Promptly address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Engage directly with customers, addressing any issues swiftly to ensure a remarkable experience. Strategically schedule staff to enhance customer service, mentor the management team on operational standards, and lead product rollout meetings for effective implementation. Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and devise strategies to maximize profits without sacrificing customer satisfaction. Are You the One? Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience with a solid record in people management. Demonstrated ability to improve performance through P&L analysis. Proficient in digital tools and platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance practices. Champions Taco Bell's culture and values.
