Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy? Our client is seeking a reliable professional to maintain precise financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the overall financial health of their organization. Schedule: 20+ hours/week Pay: $22.00/hour This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities: -Record, process, and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable -Reconcile bank account, credit card, and general ledger balances -Maintain well-organized financial records and supporting documentation -Process payroll and complete related tax filings -Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) -Manage and maintain financial data efficiently using QuickBooks -Provide support to external accountants and auditors -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations Qualifications: -Proven experience in a bookkeeper or accounting related role -Proven experience with payroll processing and tax reporting -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work -Proven working knowledge of QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to work with and maintain confidential information If you're a detail-driven bookkeeping professional seeking a role where your skills truly make an impact and where there's potential to grow into a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
