It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc. Engagement DescriptionAccountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of long-term project(s) typically spanning two years or more from planning to implementation, with complex scope and deliverables that may impact multiple business unit/function or business critical program.Project scope spans across the enterprise, impacting one or more of the following: process, system, function, product and/or service.Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Support/facilitate Business Case, Business Requirement documentationFacilitate project business decision makingDevelop complete end to end project plan which includes business implementation, readiness and technical milestonesCompile status reports reflecting all aspects of project execution including business implementation, readiness and technical inputs. Present status to executive leadershipWork with all project stakeholders to resolve project issues or mitigate risksFacilitates the development of User Acceptance Testing scenarios and business approvalsFacilitates defect tracking and resolution in coordination with ITProvide consolidated (business and IT) project status reporting, verbally and in writingEnsure proper transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closureTop 3 Required Skills/Experience Project management 5+ years (with IT scope)Client or Health industry background 3+ yearsWaterfall and Agile project experience 5+ yearsRequired Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Led x-functional complex projects with various internal & external stakeholders, IT, 3rd party vendors, etc.: 5+ yearsExcellent written / verbal communication, and problem-solving skillsDetail oriented, but focused on the broad pictureMeeting facilitation, note taking, action items tracking, presentation and status reporting experienceMicrosoft Office Suite - MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams: 5+ yearsPreferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience.
