The Administrative Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our organization by performing a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor Coordinate appointments and provide necessary referrals Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly Conduct data entry and maintain organized filing systems Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail efficiently Prepare reports for mailings, meetings, and other forms of communication Execute other related tasks as assigned to support the team Required Skills and Abilities: Exceptional ability to greet and interact with visitors and clients in a courteous manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications Basic knowledge of office equipment operations Understanding of clerical systems, recordkeeping, and filing procedures Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously Effective organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of clerical work experience Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and interact with a computer Capable of lifting or moving objects up to 15 pounds At Upper Crust Food Service, we value diversity and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities.
