Part-Time Physical Therapist

Job Responsibilities: Assess patient goals and limitations to create tailored therapeutic plans Implement therapeutic interventions using the latest evidence-based methods Document initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries through Raintree electronic medical records Maintain patient records in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies Provide regular updates to patients, physicians, and other therapists involved in the patient’s care Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure an exceptional continuum of care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs that enhance therapy Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay informed about emerging therapies Promote health and wellness through community outreach at events such as high school sports, biking, and running races Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current state licensure CPR Certification (or willingness to complete upon hire) New graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply Preferred 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (new graduates welcome) Strong understanding of biomechanics and functional movements highly valued Community and Team Engagement: Partnership with local high school athletic teams Engagement through volunteering, mission trips, and philanthropy Annual team kick-off event and other team-building activities Professional Development: New Graduate mentorship program Continuing education allowance Company sponsored in-services Company-paid license renewal Leadership and Clinical Director Training Sports Residency Program Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership!
