Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders and manage patient care activities, including administering medications and starting IVs. Perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as per company guidelines and regulations. Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions and needs. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for each patient. Provide both primary and emergency care for various patient needs. Educate and support patients regarding medication management and care plans. Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high nursing standards.
