Title: Senior Account Executive - Paragon Infusion Field: This role primarily operates in the field, allowing travel to client sites and designated locations as needed, with occasional office attendance for meetings and training. This flexible approach enhances responsiveness to client needs and enables direct engagement. The Senior Account Executive is accountable for driving sales growth in a specified territory, focusing on home infusion therapy and infusion centers. This role also entails strengthening client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets while showcasing a thorough understanding of conditions that require infusion treatment. How You Will Make an Impact: Consult and collaborate with key decision-makers to drive top-line revenue growth through new and renewal sales. Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at market growth by proactively identifying additional referral opportunities. Create and update training materials for new hires and new drug launches to effectively support the field team. Foster deep, trust-based relationships while understanding client needs, collaborating with pharmaceutical companies, patient advocacy groups, and related nonprofits. Recommend proactive adjustments to incentive design as the business evolves. Lead internal team collaboration to exceed client expectations through exceptional customer service and continuous improvement. Serve as a recognized industry expert at local and state levels. Continuously enhance industry knowledge and remain updated on trends, competitors, and potential business threats. Mentor team members and assist in the onboarding process for new sales associates. Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in medical sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Experience in the infusion industry is highly preferred. Strong preference for experience in the targeted geographic region.
