Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Minimum of 4 months of tractor-trailer experience required (1 year preferred) Class A CDL is necessary Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred but must be willing to obtain No reckless driving convictions in past 5 years No DUI convictions in past 5 years No suspensions or revocations in past 5 years No serious violations in the past 12 months Maximum of 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No Preventable DOT Recordable accidents in the past 3 years No more than 3 Preventable NON-DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Open and close trailer doors (force requirement: 46 lbs) Enter and exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle and trailers Count freight and complete necessary paperwork Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain regular attendance Operate forklifts and fuel trucks
