Head of Estimating

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Estimator/Purchasing Manager with a Production Builder in Gainesville, GA. This is a lead role for a production builder (single and multi-family) division. This person will be responsible for estimating and purchasing and will have one direct report initially with intentions to scale the estimating team. They have solid financials and a strong land position. Currently, they are closing around 125 homes per year. They also have a rental division. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Estimator /Purchasing Manager charged with taking the department to the next level. We are seeking someone with world-class processes and procedures to create budgets and structures. This will lay the foundation for growth and the expansion outside of Georgia. Experience with Builder-trend is a must. This is an opportunity is to join the senior management team for a growing builder, and to create a department within the leadership team.
