Labor & Employment Associate - Management Side

Location: Denver, CO Work setup: On-site Experience: 3-5 years Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 base (OTE $250K-$380K) About the Role Join a thriving Denver law practice as a Labor & Employment Associate focused on the management side. You'll balance litigation and advisory work, handling cases that range from wrongful termination and harassment claims to wage & hour matters. This role gives you the chance to guide clients through complex employment challenges while shaping strategy from the earliest pleadings to trial preparation.
