Key Responsibilities for the Teller-Member Service Representative: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Achieve performance targets related to service excellence and transaction accuracy. Process transactions with accuracy and handle cash responsibly. Follow all operational and security protocols to ensure compliance and safety. Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide support. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. Basic math and computer proficiency are essential. Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous; cash handling experience is a plus.
