Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Solutions Manager to join our HR team at our Florham Park, NJ office. This role will lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and analytics. You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive operational excellence, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This opportunity begins as a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment. Job Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HRIS systems to support PCS's evolving business needs. Serve as the subject matter expert for all HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, time tracking, and performance management tools. Manage and maintain HR data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business strategy. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making. Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline and automate HR processes, reducing administrative burden. Provide training and support to HR and business users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness. Support cyclical HR processes such as compensation reviews, performance management, and open enrollment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws and company policies. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in HR operations, systems implementation, and data reporting. Proven experience managing HRIS platforms and leading system implementations. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar). Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
