In this crucial leadership role, you will ensure compliance with various pharmacy regulations and licensing authorities, encompassing hospitals, retail outlets, specialty pharmacies, clinics, and infusion centers. As the Executive Director, you will play a key role in advancing the strategic, operational, and financial initiatives of the pharmacy enterprise, aiming to position pharmacy as a vital contributor to system growth, accessibility, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to expand pharmacy services beyond the traditional inpatient model, crafting a fully integrated network that embraces ambulatory, retail, and payer-aligned services. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and possess a valid pharmacist license. A minimum of 10 years of senior pharmacy leadership experience, particularly within a multi-site or integrated healthcare system, is essential. We are seeking a visionary leader with a distinguished record in strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial management within the pharmacy domain. Familiarity with 340B programs and a strong grasp of the evolving healthcare landscape, including value-based care and population health, will be critical for success. Additionally, the Executive Director will be responsible for the professional development and mentoring of a large pharmacy team, making prior experience in leading and cultivating talent highly desirable.
