Position: Guest Service Representative Reports to: Store Manager Purpose of Position: We rely on you to ensure that every guest receives prompt and exceptional service. As a Guest Service Representative, you will demonstrate strong teamwork, effective communication skills, and adaptability to change. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for: Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the store according to management's needs Processing customer transactions accurately by scanning products or entering prices manually, finalizing the sale, and collecting payment Ensuring compliance with age-restricted product regulations, such as those for tobacco and alcohol Preparing food and beverages to meet customer expectations while adhering to safe food handling practices Keeping the store interior, register area, and backroom clean and organized Maintaining cleanliness outside the store Ensuring deliveries are handled per company policy Providing a safe and secure environment by following safety protocols Accurately recording time worked Completing daily paperwork and record-keeping Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred 0-6 months of relevant work experience Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age Must successfully complete company training Physical Requirements: Ability to move quickly throughout the location Capable of prolonged standing on hard surfaces Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Benefits for Guest Service Representatives: Comprehensive training program Opportunities for career advancement Potential for pay increases Flexible work schedules Annual performance reviews Employee referral bonus program Company-paid life insurance Weekly pay
