Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving patient information submitted during care visits and facilitating communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and the hospice team. Qualifications Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing. Current nursing license in the state of practice or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for compact licensure. A minimum of two years of nursing experience. At least one year of experience in home health or hospice. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing home care operations. Basic technology skills, including mobile device operation. Preferred Qualifications Previous management experience. Requirements Possess a valid state driver’s license. Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law. Have dependable transportation in good working condition. Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions.
