Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Strategic Brand Communications Consultant with one of our large Banking clients. Location: REMOTE Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week Pay range: $82/hr Contract Length: 6 months Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions. Top Requirements: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent via work, consulting, military, or education. Expertise in brand strategy: business needs discovery, customer value propositions, positioning, messaging architecture, and product/service name development. Strong consultative background with the ability to advise senior leadership on complex, multi-dimensional initiatives. Proven ability to design solutions for highly complex, long-term, large-scale business challenges. Ability to communicate clearly and strategically across multiple business functions. Plusses: Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments. Background partnering with senior executives on brand, marketing, or strategic communications programs. Expertise in strategic communications and strategic thinking (as indicated in the skills matrix). Ability to influence decisionmaking and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Job Summary: This is a highly consultative, expertlevel role providing Business Execution leadership during a medical leave coverage period. The Business Execution Consultant 5 will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving brand strategy initiatives and shaping highimpact business solutions across the enterprise. The consultant will lead efforts such as customer value proposition development, brand positioning and messaging, and strategic name development for products and services. The role requires toptier consultative capability, creativity, executive presence, and the ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver longterm, innovative solutions. DaytoDay Responsibilities: Serve as an expert consultant to senior leaders on brand strategy and enterprisewide business execution needs. Lead the creation of customer value propositions, brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and product/service naming solutions. Diagnose and articulate complex business needs across business units and convert them into actionable, strategic recommendations. Develop longrange plans and largescale solutions requiring advanced analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking. Collaborate crossfunctionally with leaders across business lines, marketing, communications, product teams, and strategy groups. Provide executiveready deliverables, insights, and recommendations supporting brand evolution and business strategy. Influence senior leadership decisions through strong consultative skills, thought leadership, and strategic communication. Ensure alignment with enterprise policies, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities. Act as a bridge between leadership and key execution teams to maintain continuity during the medical leave period.
