Join our team as a Fiber Assembly Technician, where your craftsmanship directly supports highquality components used in advanced industries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys smallpart assembly, working under a microscope, and producing work that requires absolute accuracy. What You'll Do Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips Follow blueprints or enlarged work instructions to feed colored wires through connectors in the exact required order Apply a precise amount of epoxy and pull wires through to ensure full coating Place assemblies into curing devices, then complete final polishing Perform functional testing to ensure every connection meets quality standards What You Bring 6 months-1+ year of handson manufacturing experience (small parts, medical device, electronics, or similar) Ability to distinguish colors accurately for proper wire placement Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working under a microscope or willingness to learn Steady hand, high attention to detail, and consistent work quality Preferred Skills Guidewire assembly experience Comfort using hand tools Experience in medical assembly, electronics, or precision production Why You'll Love Working Here Join a small but rapidly growing team with real opportunities for advancement-including leadership, supervisory, and quality positions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
