Schedule: Sun-Sat 6am to 10pm (will work 5 days for an 8-hr shift each day); Candidates must be flexible to work during this time frame. HYBRID Schedules: All candidates will work remote during training (3 weeks) and then will transition ONSITE After working the first 90 days, the MS management team will assess if the contingent worker will be able to start working a hybrid schedule. Equipment requirements for for Training (REMOTE) Functioning computer (laptop or desktop - MAC or PC), 2008 versions or higher preferred Reliable high speed internet (MUST be able to plug into the ethernet. No direct WIFI) Quiet workspace and a phone line When you work onsite you will have equipment provided on the client site. To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Please note that a background check and drug screening are required for all applicants. salary: $21 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 10 PM education: High School Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries. Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Consistently meet key department performance metrics. Provide functional support across areas including: Cash Management products and services. Online (client website) and Mobile app support. General account or financial related inquiries.
