Project Overview This team develops innovative technologies focused on creating communication experiences that feel natural, immersive, and real across distances. As a UX Researcher, you will support the assessment of these initiatives by gathering and analyzing user feedback and survey data. The team is deeply user-centric and driven to understand user goals, behaviors, attitudes, and emotions to inform product development and experience design. Position Overview The UX Research Associate will design and execute mixed-methods research studies using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests). This role involves analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting research findings to cross-functional partners. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Manage survey fielding, analyze survey data, and communicate results. Plan and design user experience research studies. Conduct mixed-methods research (e.g., usability tests, interviews), analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present findings to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Education: Completed M.A./M.S. or Ph.D. in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, HCI/Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience or relevant graduate-level research experience. Technical & Methodological Skills: Experience with survey fielding platforms (e.g., Qualtrics or equivalent). Experience with SPSS, R, or similar data cleaning and analysis tools. Basic familiarity with all of the following methods, plus deep expertise in one or more: Usability studies Concept testing Competitive benchmarking Diary studies User interviews Field research Behavioral science experiments Surveys Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and adapt to shifting schedules. Tools/Applications: Experience with general productivity and collaboration tools as required by the role. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) Completed Ph.D. in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis. Technical aptitude, including familiarity with basic graphic or video editing tools.
