Assembler - Fiber & Small Parts Assembly What You'll Do Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips Feed colorcoded wires through connectors using enlarged work instructions Apply small amounts of epoxy and pull wires through to coat components Place assemblies into curing equipment and complete final polishing Perform quality checks to ensure proper connections Work with small hand tools, microscopes, and projection scopes What You Need 6+ months manufacturing experience (small parts or medical device assembly preferred) Ability to distinguish color accurately Strong communication skills Experience using microscopes Blueprint reading skills a plus Guidewire, electronics, or medical assembly experience is helpful Why You'll Love Working Here Fastgrowing division with real advancement opportunities Supportive culture focused on wellbeing and career development Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, educational assistance Businesscasual environment in a newly renovated facility Clean room environment without full clean room suits-just a provided smock Shifts & Schedule Monday-Thursday (4day workweek!) 1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:00pm Pay: $20-21/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
