No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years. No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL during the offense). Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test with no drug-related convictions in the last 5 or 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
