This position is designed for customer-focused individuals, acting as the main contact between our valued customers and sales department. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Maintaining a safe and clean facility. Greeting customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and documenting any issues. Providing detailed repair cost estimates, informing customers about promotions, and processing approvals and payments. Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and offering comprehensive explanations of work completed. Addressing customer complaints and resolving concerns effectively. Experience and Skills Required: Experience: A minimum of 6 months in customer service or sales is preferred. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean safety record, ability to pass drug screening and medical exam as required by regulations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills driven by a focus on customer satisfaction. Exceptional customer service and salesmanship with the ability to build positive relationships and ensure operational excellence. Superior organizational and multitasking skills along with a keen attention to detail. Strong team-oriented mindset. Physical Demands: This role involves regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
