Role: Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by effectively managing shifts and taking ownership of your responsibilities. You will solve problems independently, know when to seek assistance, and be willing to help and guide others. Key Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and completing responsibilities related to People, Customers, and Service. Oversee Team Members in completing their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned roles. Maintain a neat and clean appearance for all employees in accordance with company standards. Champion customer needs as the top priority, demonstrating commitment through actions. Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and quality at all times. Quickly resolve customer complaints while fostering positive relationships. Greet customers warmly, maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor. Work efficiently and with urgency to meet customer needs. Collaborate effectively with management and fellow employees. Display a positive attitude and enthusiasm with co-workers to enhance teamwork. Attendance: Understand and adhere to the posted work schedule, reporting on time and ready for tasks. Utilize the approved time-keeping system to accurately record all hours worked. Initiative and Energy: Proactively take action, going above and beyond basic requirements, maintaining a high activity level. Developing People: Provide regular performance feedback to the RGM regarding Team Members. Offer constructive and positive feedback to Team Members on an ongoing basis. Actively participate in training new Team Members. Manage conflicts constructively, collaborating with the RGM for resolution. Act Like an Owner: Support Profit and Loss management, following cash control and security procedures, as well as tracking inventory and labor. Ensure proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. Assist the RGM with facility maintenance, ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met. Complete additional duties as required by the manager. Job Requirements: Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years old. Pass a background check and drug test. Reliable transportation is necessary. Ability to perform basic business math. Capability to stock shelves and coolers efficiently. Experience in overseeing and managing subordinate employees, providing direction as needed. Physical ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and manage trash disposal. Willing to clean the parking lot and surrounding areas of the restaurant. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for the majority of the shift.
