The CFO will be the top financial leader, serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and balancing hands-on operational leadership with long-term strategy. This high-impact role is pivotal in shaping the company's financial direction, capital planning, and business performance. Key responsibilities include leading the full finance function, partnering with senior leadership to shape strategy, owning the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, managing cash flow and working capital, and delivering timely financial reporting and performance insights. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing strong internal controls, policies, and risk management practices, as well as leading the finance and administrative team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a CPA, CMA, or MBA. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive leadership responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and internal controls, and experience in managing growth and evolving capital needs. Strong communication skills, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to translate financial data into business decisions are essential.
