Essential Functions:Perform various tasks that include: Re-sort invoices as needed in an effort to organize pick process efficiently, accurately pick ordered inventory, and complete stock-out forms for ordered inventory at a satisfactory level to result in correctly packaged items and to meet the shipping quality goal Perform at a satisfactory level of productivity based upon the current standards and individual experience/ability to maintain an acceptable level of productivity in orders picked per hour and to minimize mistakes Utilize best practices, follow procedures to ensure department standards are met and maintained by following established procedures when performing all task and introducing new ideas and/or improvements to supervisor and team Assist other departments, when needed, in order to meet production goals as well as being cross trained in all facets of Fulfillment Abide by all policies and procedures Maintain regular and predictable attendance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to work in a team oriented environment Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Requirements : Job Type : Temp to Hire Post Date : 02/25/2026
