Salary $90K - $120K Base $60K - $80K Bonuses (Uncapped) Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Acute Account Executive (RN)Role Overview A leading Home Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with sales experience to join the team as an Acute Account Executive. This role focuses on driving growth of infusion therapy services across acute care hospitals and specialty clinics. You'll build relationships with providers and position our pharmacy as a trusted infusion partner. Specialties supported include: Gastroenterology Neurology Dermatology Immunology Rheumatology Additional specialty practices as needed This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys business development, provider education, and relationship building. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and secure new referral sources and clinical partnerships Expand presence in acute care systems and specialty practices Clinical Education Use RN expertise to educate providers and staff on: Infusion therapy protocols Patient outcomes Benefits of home infusion services Relationship Management Build strong relationships with: Physicians Practice administrators Nurses Clinical decision makers Strategic Selling Deliver tailored presentations to clinics Demonstrate clinical and financial value of infusion services Market Intelligence Track infusion therapy trends Monitor competitors and emerging treatment protocols Internal Collaboration Work closely with operations, clinical, and patient care teams Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts Performance Meet or exceed sales quotas and growth targets Reporting Maintain CRM updates Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required 1+ year of healthcare sales experience Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or clinical services preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
