Job Summary The E-Commerce Strategist drives online growth across Walker Tape and Fearless by building scalable ecommerce systems, supporting distributor success, and improving direct-to-consumer performance. This role partners closely with Marketing and external contractors to optimize marketplaces, Shopify, and digital demand while maintaining a consistent brand experience. (some hybrid flexibility after training) What You'll Do Drive digital demand that supports distributors through SEO, paid search, and optimized landing pages Build and maintain distributor-ready ecommerce assets, templates, and listing standards Support marketplace strategy and coordinate day-to-day activities with Amazon partners Improve Fearless Shopify performance through conversion-focused merchandising and content Support customer acquisition efforts and track performance metrics Collaborate with Marketing to align ecommerce and social execution with growth priorities Maintain dashboards and provide clear weekly performance updates Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital growth, or performance marketing Experience supporting distributors or partner-led ecommerce models Strong Shopify knowledge and a conversion-driven mindset Familiarity with Amazon and shared-catalog marketplaces Comfortable using SEO, keyword research, and ecommerce tools (Helium 10 or similar) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience coordinating with contractors or cross-functional teams Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
