CDL Truck Driver - Residential Routes

Your Role: As a CDL Truck Driver on residential routes, you will operate a heavy-duty truck safely while serving a variety of environments including residential, commercial, and construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Drive in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols while maintaining a clean vehicle. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, promptly report any issues, and document them using the DVIR form. Address unsafe conditions by immediately notifying your Route Manager or Dispatch. Participate in training sessions as scheduled and collaborate with Route Managers for improved route efficiency. Accurately complete all tasks assigned by Dispatch while assisting fellow drivers as needed. Ensure all containers are emptied completely and that customer locations are left clean. Position containers properly on customer property to avoid obstructions. Follow route assignments diligently and complete all documentation at the end of your shift. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience operating a CDL-required vehicle or relevant military driving experience. Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work. Must possess a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Preferred: High School diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: The role includes activities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, and sitting.
