Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes following standardized recipes and production guidelines. Set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment. Measure, mix, chop, and prepare food items with precision. Safely utilize various kitchen utensils and equipment. Employ different cooking techniques such as baking, roasting, and steaming. Present food attractively according to established guidelines. Ensure proper food storage and adherence to food safety standards. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly. Maintain excellent service and positive interactions with guests and team members. Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure food safety and sanitation. Safeguard company assets. Your responsibilities may evolve as needed to meet our commitments, so stay adaptable and ready for new challenges. Qualifications: Prior experience as a cook or in a related culinary role is essential. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations. Willingness to obtain food safety certification. Basic math and counting skills are important. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role demands physical activity such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
