Job InfoJob Location: Lockport, IllinoisRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearHandling: Heavy TouchAdditional InformationCDL A Driver - Touch Freight - $30 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Lockport, IL.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am Start time Pay:  $30 Per hour, $1,100 - $1,200 estimated weekly pay Route Type: Local Handling: Touch freight, must be able to continually lift, push and pull at least 50lbs and occasionally in excess of 100lbs and up to 160lbs CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: None Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including touch freight Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
