Description USELMS Database Analyst Position Summary Leidos is actively seeking a skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) and Technical Intelligence professional to join our vibrant team supporting the 57th Intelligence Squadron and 365th ISRG at JBSA Lackland. As a USELMS Database Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting technical verifications of Electromagnetic Systems data, ensuring adherence to IC and EW standards, and providing in-depth expertise across various systems including Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, and RWR. Primary Responsibilities Conduct engineering assessments and quality control of USELMS database files related to Radar, EO/IR, Communications, ECM, RWR, and Platform models. Assist in Government Acceptance Reviews and effectively communicate findings to program leadership. Optimize and refine USELMS production processes and associated documentation. Analyze U.S. and allied forces EMS-dependent systems to verify accurate modeling. Perform preliminary Foreign Disclosure reviews and prepare foreign releasable model packages. Maintain and update NATO emitter databases for Radar and Communications as authorized. Oversee Data Quality Feedback (DQF) reporting and ensure timely resolution. Support AIRES by validating requests, designating responsible agencies, forecasting timelines, and generating requirement packages. Identify opportunities for modernization and enhance data integration with IC systems. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Radar Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance. Minimum of 6 years of analytical experience in EW, IC, EMS, or IMD production. Strong skills in technical writing, presentation, and working independently. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with USELMS modeling schemas (Radar, Communications, ECM, EO/IR, RWR, Platforms). Knowledge of security markings and CUI handling. Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 This pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
