The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life and annuity actuarial roles, with a focus on pricing, product development, and statutory reinsurance accounting concepts. Candidates for this position should be FSA preferred, with at least 7 years of experience in life and annuity actuarial roles. A strong knowledge of pricing, product development, and statutory reinsurance accounting concepts is essential, with a preference for those with some annuity pricing or product development experience. The role requires experience with capital methodologies and knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS. The Vice President will be expected to have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills.
