Collaborate with Holistic Teams: Work alongside dedicated OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care. Empower Patients and Families: Train patients and caregivers in therapy approaches to facilitate progress beyond the clinic. Monitor Progress: Regularly document clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure continued improvement. Education Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Required Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
