Talent Consultant - 9 monthsOur client is in need of contract support to help maintain momentum for the Talent team in providing broad program and operational support, stepping into areas as needed to keep work moving. This role requires strong program, stakeholder, and vendor management capabilities, along with experience in talent development and learning design. (No exceptions)Bodies of work that will need support: Leadership Development Cohort-Based Learning - scoping statement of work to align with existing program design and builds across leadership development and future-proofing to support managers as multipliers Vendor ManagementStakeholder alignment - across various leadership development offeringsCommunications / BrandingProgram ManagementManager Onboarding - offer thought partnership to support the design and build of an onboarding program for people managersStakeholder ManagementNeeds AnalysisEssentials Training - reframing and rescoping approach + delivery; program management and deliveryStakeholder alignmentCommunications / BrandingNeeds AnalysisProgram ManagementBusiness AcumenLearning DesignProject ManagementGeneral Talent Team SupportDepending on where additional support is needed across the talent team - the program in which the individual would support may shiftTalent ManagementSkills WorkNew employee OnboardingGeneral support may include responsibilities like slide deck creation, content creation, facilitation supportProgrammatic/Project management type support to help with the following:Map out key deliverables, track progress, build out project plans, consolidate updates to synchronize with People Programs updates to People Leadership TeamManagement of 30/60/90 day plans to support team's momentumOffer and lead administrative support (scheduling, comms approvals, alignment, stakeholder follow up, etc.)
