This group specializes in investing in tech-enabled services and software businesses within the lower middle market, focusing on transforming human-driven services into scalable, technology-driven models. What You'll Do You will engage in sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, execution, and portfolio support. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in developing investment theses, conducting market mapping, performing financial analyses, and leading key workstreams throughout the deal process. The team appreciates proactive and curious individuals who thrive in interacting with leadership at founder-led companies. Your Responsibilities Include Creating market theses and mapping subsectors within software and tech-enabled services Sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities Leading financial, market, and operational due diligence Building and enhancing financial models for active deals Supporting transaction structuring, closings, and post-close initiatives Collaborating with portfolio leaders on growth metrics and performance tracking Candidate Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity (not venture capital) Advanced financial modeling skills, including three statement and LBO modeling for Senior Associate level PE experience is essential for consideration for the Senior Associate role Experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or technology-focused banking sectors Comfort and confidence in engaging with founders and senior executives A strong desire to join a growing platform in a merit-based environment (Candidates from energy groups will not be considered due to differences in modeling requirements.) Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
