Your Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of residents, reporting any changes to nursing staff. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living space for residents, which includes tasks like bed making and following infection control protocols. Support nursing staff in administering treatments and procedures as directed, ensuring adherence to facility regulations. Build positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity and quality of life. What You Need: High school diploma or equivalent. Active MA CNA license in good standing. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with help.
