As a Field Sales Executive at TruGreen, you'll be the friendly face in the community, connecting with homeowners face-to-face to showcase the advantages of our personalized lawn care solutions. With enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment to TruGreen's proven Sales Playbook, you'll be delivering tailored services right at their doorsteps, transforming casual conversations into lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do - You will represent TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and provide customized lawn care solutions that foster trust and satisfaction. Every day presents an opportunity to connect, educate, and win their business. Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and enthusiasm. Personalize sales messaging to align with the unique lawn care needs of each household, as every yard is different. Convert inquiries into sales using proven methodologies and processes. Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance using a CRM to measure metrics and ensure accountability. Cross-sell and upsell effectively by highlighting how customers can enhance their lawn care. What You'll Bring - While a green thumb isn’t necessary, a drive to succeed and exceptional people skills are essential to make every doorstep feel like a warm lead. A high school diploma or GED is required; a strong background in people skills is preferred. Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but passion and determination are even more important. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential; reliability is key. Strong communication abilities, both casual and persuasive, will help you connect with customers effectively. Excellent time management skills and a self-motivated attitude are crucial. Comfort with technology and mobile devices is necessary for tracking performance. Must be physically capable of walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Pay Ranges: $27,669.00 - $58,865.00 This range reflects the qualifications required for the position, including experience and training. Factors influencing offers may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, and quality of work. Most candidates will begin in the lower half of the pay range, with higher end reserved for those with extensive experience. Pay history is not considered where prohibited by law. In addition to pay, we offer benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and a company-matching 401(k).
