Remote Bookkeeper

Flat Top Accounting Solutions (a virtual based Accounting Firm) is looking to hire a fully remote full-time bookkeeper. Hours will be 30-40 a week. We are looking for ateam player and self-starter. Flat Top Accounting Solutions has been in business for 7+ years and growing by the month! Responsibilities Daily categorization of transactions Monthly Reconciliations Preparation and review of financials statements Catch-up projects, as needed Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients A passion for and sense of personal satisfaction in serving clients and helping small businesses succeed Experience in developing strong remote team relationships Workspace Requirements A dedicated office space with reliable internet connection & minimal distractions Must be available during business hours (9am -5pm your local time) Qualifications DO NOT apply if you don't have 3 + years of QuickBooks Online experience (QuickBooks Desktop is not the same equivalent) Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reading of financial reporting/statements Ability to manage multiple (20-30) clients, projects and deadlines Familiarity with Outlook, Google Drive, Slack and Canopy a plus 3-5 years of prior recent bookkeeping experience mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
